Trypsin:

Trypsin is prescribed for the treatment of infections, inflammation associated with injuries and surgery wounds. As an adjuvant treatment, Trypsin is indicated for the management of edema associated with dental procedures and inflammation.

Bromelain:

Bromelain, a phytoproduct, is prescribed for reduction of edema associated with surgical wounds and sinusitis. Bromelain is also used to treat ulcerative colitis, hay fever, pulmonary edema and shortening of labor. Bromelain can stimulate muscle contraction and prevent cancer. Bromelain is effective against osteoarthritis, if administered with Trypsin and Rutoside. 

Rutoside:

Rutoside can reduce the incidence of haemorrhage associated with diverse etiology.

Bromelain + Trypsin + Rutoside may cause some side effects including GI discomfort including nausea or vomiting and diarrhoea. Bromelain + Trypsin + Rutoside can cause allergic reactions.

Precautions

Bromelain + Trypsin + Rutoside are contraindicated in hepatic and/or renal disorder patients, patients with bleeding disorders, menorrhagia, hematuria and hematemesis. Bromelain + Trypsin + Rutoside is contraindicated in patients with an allergy to cypress pollen, pineapple, papain, carrot, grass pollen and fennel.
Bromelain + Trypsin + Rutoside may increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery. Discontinue Bromelain + Trypsin + Rutoside use at least two weeks before surgery to avoid bleeding disorders.
