After oral administration of Levodropropizine, the drug is rapidly absorbed in the GIT. The peak plasma concentration can be achieved within 40 minutes after administration of Levodropropizine. The plasma protein-binding capability of Levodropropizine is about 13%.

For children >12 years, consider administration of 60 mg of Levodropropizine, thrice daily. The duration should not exceed more than seven days.
