Dosage

Hyroxyethyl starch should be administered only by Intravenous (IV) infusions. The daily dosage and infusion rate is depending upon the restoration of hemodynamics, blood loss and dilution effects. The recommended initial dosage should be 10-20 mL slow infusion with close medical monitoring.
